For Example if we take:-
1)616-The Rule Of Divisibility is that the difference of sum of odd places and even places should be 0 or multiples of 11...here it is 6+6(odd places 1 and 3)-1(even place-2)...so (6+6)-1=11 or 0..so 12-1=11 or 0..it's 11=11..so 616 is divisible by 11

The difference between the of the digits in the odd place and even places must be 0 or a multiple of 11.
e.g. 7917624 = 343
Sum of odd places : 7+1+6+4 = 18.
Sum of even places : 9+7+2= 18
18-18= 0
So 7917624 is divisible by 11
