as meiosis means the equational division , In asexual reproduction if mieosis doesn't happen then the no.of individual produced in asexual reproduction becomes less.....
Ex : As in fission in amoeba if meiosis doesn't happen then it is not able to reproduce......

meiosis is occur in during the asexual reproduction meiosis is produced by eggs and sperms,mitosis is hand of production simple production cells
