What is the effect of denaturation on the structure of proteins?

Denaturation does not change the primary structure of protein but results from a rearrangement of secondary and tertiary structures.

Denoturation of protein has their disruption and also it is applicable to destruction of respective secondary as well as the tertiary structure.


Hence this reaction are not as mush as strong than the amino acid and it can stay same on completing this denaturation process.
