What is the effect of intensity of want on the untility of a commodity?

Explanation:

Utility depends on the intensity of wants. The more of a thing we have, the less we want it. For a person who is thirsty, for him, the utility of water is much more than for a person who is not thirsty. So when a want is unsatisfied, the commodity that satisfies it has high utility.
