What is the effect of rising prices of oil and gas?

It effect the whole country because the regular rising price of oil and gas are to much and cannot be affordable by common people's and the price goes up and the country Ho sold it that becoming rich and who brought it become poor . One main reason of rising of price is the oil and gas is very important and in low quantity in world there are some countries who sold it .
