Hello...

1. Temperature: Adsorption is Surface phenomenon. Adsorption decrease with increase in Temperature.

E.g Like any alternative Equilibrium, surface assimilation could be a Method involving a real equilibrium. The Two opposing processes concerned are Condensation i.e surface assimilation of the Gas molecules on the surface of the Solid and Evaporation. The activity of the gas molecules from the surface of the Solid into the Vaporous part.

Hope it helps you.

Answer:

Initially when the pressure has increased the rate of adsorption increases due to an increase in the gas molecules striking on the surface. Thus, an increase in the pressure increases the rate of adsorption linearly.
