Temperature is inversely proportional to density that is if the temperature increases and the density decreases while if temperature decreases then the density increases.
Mathematically= T=k*1/D (where k is a constant)

Answer:
Density of solid decreases as be increase the temperature. Since mass remains the same but volume increases with increase in temperature that results in decrease in density.
