What is the effect of temperature on physical and chemical adsorption?

Physical adsorption is an exothermic process, and do they have a verry low Activation Energy so they are inversly propotional to Temp(i.e ⬇ dec with temp)

Chemisorption is also an exothermic process , but they have a high value of Activation energy so they first ⬆inc with temp , and later on ⬇ dec.
