The reason is quite simple. The solubility of KNO3 in water increases with the increase in temperature since dissolution of KNO3 in water is an endothermic process.
The solubility of CaSO4 in water decreases with the increase in temperature since dissolution of CaSO4 in water is an exothermic process.

The solubility of KNO3 in water increases with increase in temperature because soubility of KNO3 in water is an endothermic process.

The solubility of CaSO4 in water decreases with the increase in temperature since solubility of CaSO4 in water is an exothermic process.

An endothermic process or exothermic process is any process which releases or absorbs energy to or from its surroundings, usually in the form of heat.
