Nephron is the part of the kidney that helps in filtering out the wastes in the form of urine.

36 Oz of water means 1.06 liters. When this amount of water is consumed, the nephron will perform a normal function. The amount of ADH will also be normal and the urge to pass urine will be normal and not in excess nor will there will be dark urine.
