What is the effect on the perceived quality, when customers expectations of a product are equal to customers perceptions? Perceived quality is good perceived quality is poor perceived quality is acceptable perceived quality is not acceptable
Answers
Perceived Quality is good is the correct answer.
Obviously, when the customer's perception and expectation about the quality of product are same, the perceived quality qualifies to be a good one. On the other hand if the customer perceived high quality of a product but the quality of product in reality is very low, the perceived quality here is poor.
It is natural that when customers perceive a product according to his/her expectation, he will be satisfied with the product.
So here perceived quality is acceptable here because customers can get the products according to his/her expectation.
But if the products do not meet the expectation of the customers, then the company may face some problems in marketing, and sometime company can opt for force or false marketing strategy to meet the customer’s expectation.
