soap are mostly Sodium and sometime potassium salt of fatty acid soap derived from palm oil is Sodium palmate (CH3(CH2)14CO2Na)and that form acetic acid is Sodium Acetate (CH3COONa).Shimla Deewane sodium citrate the above shows the general structure
