energy is the fundamental force which causes movements in every objects

energy cannot be created neither be destroyed

it can only be transferred from one object to another .

example :- when Kienetic energy becomes potiental energy and toghther they make a constant which is called mechanical energy

total energy before and after the transfer remains same.

various forms of energy can be observed around us such as nuclear energy , wind energy , solar energy , tidal energy etc.

energy causes objects to work and even show displacement.
