Point slope form of the line passing through (x_{1} , y_{1}) \: is \: y-y_{1} = m(x-x_{1}) where m is the slope.

In the question,
slope of the line is 4 and the point from where the line passes is ( - 1 , - 3 ).
So, x_{1}=-1 \: and \: y_{1}=-3

Now, substituting the given values in the formula of point slope form { given above }.

y - ( - 3 ) = 4{ x - ( - 1 ) }

y + 3 = 4( x + 1 )

Therefore, option B is the correct option.

We know that point slope form of a linear equation is y - y₁ = m(x - x₁).

Given: m = 4, x₁ = -1, y₁ = -3.

On substituting the values, we get

⇒ y + 3 = 4(x + 1)

Therefore, the answer is Option(B).

Hope it helps!
