[0010001111]... Hello User... [1001010101]
Here's your answer...

(x1, y1) = (0, 4)
(x2, y2) = (-3, 0)

Slope of line m = (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)
= (0-4)/(-3-0)
= 4/3

y-intercept c = 4 from the graph

y = mx+c
y = 4/3 x + 4
3y = 4x+12

m = \frac{y2 - y1}{x2 - x1}

two point are
(0,4) (-3,0)

so

m = \frac{0 - 4}{ - 3 - 0}

m = \frac{ - 4}{ - 3}

m = \frac{4}{3}

y=mx+c

so
y = \frac{4}{3} x + c

c= 4
