\huge\mathbb{Solutions}

Given that :-

gradient 'm' = 4

Let the straight line be

y = mx + c

y = 4x + c

now , the point which passes ( 0 , -7)

-7 = 4 × 0 + c

-7 = c

c = -7

Now , The equation will be

y = mx + c

y = 4x + ( -7)

y = 4x - 7

4x - y - 7 = 0
