y - (-3) =( -7+3)/(6-(-6)) . ( x- (-6))
y + 3 = -4/12 . ( x+6)
y+3 = -1/3. ( x+6)
3y + 9 = -x -6
3y +x = -15
3Y = -15 -X
Y = -5 - X/3
Y = - X/3 -5
IT'S NOW SLOPE INTERCEPT FORM WHERE -5 IS INTERCEPT
y + 3 = -4/12 . ( x+6)
y+3 = -1/3. ( x+6)
3y + 9 = -x -6
3y +x = -15
3Y = -15 -X
Y = -5 - X/3
Y = - X/3 -5
IT'S NOW SLOPE INTERCEPT FORM WHERE -5 IS INTERCEPT

Firstly find the slope using formula y2-y1/x2-x1
After finding slope you can either use slope intercept form or point slope form
Slope intercept form
y=mx+c ( m=slope,c=y intercept)
Or point slope form
y-y1=m(x-x1)
