(i) you did not write the value of denominator
(ii)
we want to express -15/36 in the form -75/?
 \frac{-15}{36} = \frac{ - 75}{x} \\ x = \frac{ - 75 \times 36}{ - 15} \\ x = 180
So -15/36=-75/180
