what is the equivalent weight of          co2

Thanks for asking the question.
When CO2 is added to water, it forms carbonic acid which is H2CO3.
So each mole of CO2 gives two moles of an acid.
That will make the equivalent weight 44grams\mole.
So, 
     44grams\2moles=22g(equivalent weight)
