Carbon-14. Carbon-14 is the result of cosmic rays mixed with atmospheric Nitrogen and is used to date fossils that are 50,000 years old or less.

Uranium-Thorium used to date fossils that are 75,000 years old or less.

Uranium-Lead used to date fossils that are older than 75,000 years up to 4.5 billion years.
