from west to east it extends from Eastern pakistan to northern Myanmar. from north to South it ranges from himadri to himachal and then to shiwaliks. in india the north to south division is himadri, himachal and shiwaliks. from west to east it is Punjab Himalayas, Nepal Himalayas and Assam Himalayas or purba chal ranges.
