run everyday upto 2 km

in first week you can run upto 1 km

and then increase some speed in next week

after running do some push-up and squat

do 30 squat and set of 5 push-up 3 time

after that do some exercise

do regularly for 2 month .. you will get bicep and many muscle and you will look fit and healthy
