Carbohydrates → Glucose
Protein → Amino Acids
Fats → Fatty Acids and glycerol

1)Carbohydrates

In buccal cavity,

Acted upon by salivary Amylase.
Get converted into Maltose.

In small intestine

Acted upon by pancreatic amylase
Converted into maltose

Further in small intestines

Acted upon by Maltase
Maltose → Glucose

2.) Proteins

In stomach,

Acted upon by pepsin
Proteins → Proteoses and Peptomes

In small intestine,

Acted upon by Trypsin
Proteins+Pepteosis and Peptomes → Dipeptides

Further in small intestine,

Acted upon by dipeptidase.
Dipeptides → Amino Acids

3.) Fats

In small intestine,

Acted upon by lipase
Fats → Fatty Acids and Glycerol

Answer:

These enzymes include proteases to break down proteins, lipases that digest fats and more amylase to finish splitting carbohydrates. Fats are broken down into fatty acids and glycerol, proteins into peptides and amino acids, and carbohydrates become simple sugars such as glucose and fructose
