The Final Test for free and fair elections are:
1.Checking people's participation in election conducted.
2.If the election process was not fair,then people would had not participated much ,this shows in the result.
3.Most of the time from last 15 years, in India ruling parties both at State and National level had lost the next elections.
4.Candidates who spend a lot of money in spending money for buying votes had often lost the elections.
