When you suspect a fraudulent action has been taken on your credit card the first step to follow is always option D.
You should inform and report the credit card company of the fraudulent activity that has occurred, and they will provide you with a list of actions performed by that credit card.
All the other options are secondary but informing the credit card company as soon as we are aware of the fraud is a must so that the company can reverse the transaction and look into the fraudulent action.
