The force on a straight current carrying conductor of length l, carrying current i in a magnetic field B, is given by:
F = i l x B
If the length is parallel to the magnetic field, as is given, the vector product l x B becomes zero.
Hence, no force is experienced by the conductor.

A current carrying conductor placed in a magnetic field experiences a force.If the direction of the field and that of current are mutually perpendicular to each other, then the force acting on the conductor will be perpendicular to both and can be determined using the Fleming's left-hand.
