A foreign policy is a set of political goals that define how a sovereign country will interact with other countries in the world. It seeks to secure the best interest of the people, territory and economy of the country.


India’s foreign policy has always been of Non-Alignment inclined towards being a soft-power. Most of the time India abstains itself from taking direct part in conflicts of 2 countries but helps them by providing humanitarian aid. We rarely follow aggressive foreign policy & thus avoid to initiate an issue. However, India doesn’t back off if it’s sovereignty is challenged
