I often see as an opening and closing السلام عليكم رحمة الله وبركاته
Some other closings including the one submitted by Linguist and Cherine
business: السيد العزيز فلان , friendly: عزيزي السيد فلان
business: عناية الأستاذ فلان 
فلان like Sp fulano/Prt fulão= insert name
