Density is defined as mass per unit volume.

Density can be calculated by the formul

D= m/v

where D is density

m is mass

v is volume

Its SI unit is kilogram per cubic meter

(kg/m³)

CGS unit is gram per cubic centimeter

(gm/cm³)

Hope this would help you
