Volume of a cylinder = πr²h
where π=3.14 or 22/7
r is the radius of the cylinder.
r=d/2 where d is the diameter.
h is the height of the cylinder.
Proof:-
Volume of a cylinder=Base area × height
We know that
base area =πr²
height=h
So,volume of a cylinder=πr²×h=πr²h
Hope it helps
