what is the formula to find leap year?!! please help??

after 4 years.... this is 2020..add 4years..will be a leap year...

Explanation:

a day is of 24.6 hrs in reality

but the .6 is not included...

if u multiply 4 to 6 u would get 24 (hrs) which is one day...

soo when extra a day comes, it is added to the month with lowest day ie February

the year with 29 days in February is so called a leap year..
