What is the formula to solve probability of a month of january having 5 sundays

If the month is start with friday, saturday and sunday then only 5 sundays are possible
so, probability = 3/7

No.of JANUARY month in a year = 1
n(S) = 1
No.of JANUARY with 5 sundays in a year = 1
n(E) = 1
P(E) = n(E)/n(S)
        = 1/1 = 1
Therefore probability of January having 5 sundays = 1
