To convert between Celsius (c) to Fahrenheit (f) is :

 \frac{c}{5}  =  \frac{f - 32}{9}

To convert from Celsius (c) to Kelvin (K) is:

k = c \:  + 273

HOPE THIS WAS HELPFUL!!
