Corresponding parts of congruent triangles are congruent or (CPCTC) is a statement or a theorem on congruent trigonometry.

CPCTC states that if two or more triangles are congruent, then all of their corresponding angles and sides are congruent as well.

For example if ABC and DEF are two congruent triangle then by the above theorem,
we will have the following

: AB=DE, BC=EF, AC=DF, <A=<D, <B=<E and <C=<F.

Corresponding Parts of Congruent Triangles:

The abbreviation of CPCT is “Corresponding Parts of Congruent Triangles”. This theorem states that if we take two or more triangles which are congruent to each other then the corresponding angles and the sides of the triangles are also congruent to each other i.e., their corresponding parts are equal to each other. This theorem is stated as the “CPCT”.
