What is the full form of F.I.R and when it is used??

First Information Report.
It is used when any person is a victim of an offence or who is a witness to any such offence or who has knowledge about the commission of any such offence.

I'm not really sure about the second part of the answer so I suggest you check it up with someone else before writing it down.....The first part is alright though.... :)
