RNA full form is rebo nucleic acid

The main function of RNA is to carry information of amino acid sequence from the genes to where proteins are assembled on ribosomes in the cytoplasm. This is done by messenger RNA (mRNA). A single strand of DNA is the blueprint for the mRNA which is transcribed from that DNA strand.

Answer:

Full Form of RNA is Ribonucleic acid.

Functions of RNA:

  • Facilitate the translation of DNA into proteins.
  • They are the carrier of genetic information in all living cells.
  • Functions as an adapter molecule in protein synthesis.
  • Promotes the ribosomes to choose the right amino acid which is required in building up of new proteins in the body.
  • Serves as a messenger between the DNA and the ribosomes.
