Its made up from secretion from the three accessory gland. The seminal vesicles, the prostate and the bulbourthral glands all contribute to the production of semen . The seminal vesicles provide nutrients and mobility to previously immobile sperm..

What is the function of accessory gland?

❶❭ Seminal Vesicles

It store sperm & produce viscous fluid which stimulate uterine contraction to help sperm move forward into the fallopian tubes in females.

❷❭ Cowper's & Bulbourethral Glands

It secrete mucus which lubricates the female passage during mating.

❸❭ Prostate Glands

It secrete a milky fluid which helps in the mobility of sperms.
