Amylase

Amylase special enzyme which is present in our digestive track it is present in two different places in a digestive tract firstly is present in the mouth in form of salivary amylase and also in the small intestine where the final digestion take place where amylase

digest the sugar into glucose sucrose maltose and also help in killing germs or microbes.
