function of bile juice is to convert fat globules into thin chains of fats so that it can easily be digest

bile helps in the emulsification of fats..that is breaking down of fat molicules into smaller miscells...and it is not a enzyme that digest fats...it jst breaks it down so that lipases can work more effectively on them...
