Pepsin: It is released in stomach. It is an enzyme that breaks down proteins

Pancreatic Juice: It contains three enzymes: trypsin, lipase and amylase. Trypsin breaks down proteins, lipase breaks down fats and amylase breaks down carbohydrates (or starch).
