Bowman's capsule is a cup like structure which has a dense network of glomerulus.
Pressure here is high which helps in the filtration of urea and other wastes

Glomerulus - The glomerulus are bunch of renal capillaries which help in the filtration of water in the kidney .
Bowman's capsule - The bowman's capsule collect the waste which filters from glomerulus.
They both help in primary filtration of water in kidney
