  1. carbohydrates - glucose
  2. fats - fatty acids, glycerol
  3. protiens - amino acids

The digestive enzymes are the biocatalyst present in our body which helps in the break down of the complex food molecules like carbohydrates , fats , proteins etc. into small particles.

So that these small particles can be digested easily.
