What is the function of ligament and tendon??

Tendons may also attach muscles to structures such as the eyeball. A tendon serves to move the bone or structure. A ligament is a fibrous connective tissue which attaches bone to bone, and usually serves to hold structures together and keep them stable.

ligament is the type of connective tissue that connect bones at joints and hold them in position.It made up of large number of fibers.This fibers are made up of proteins called collagen.This is elastic in nature.

The body movement is because of muscles attached to bones.

Tendons are type of connective tissue it joins the muscle to the bone.Tendon's fibre is made up of collagen.It is elastic in nature.
