Lymph is a colorless or slightly yellowish fluid. It is a medium of circulation in human body which flows only in one direction - from body tissues to the heart.
The functions of lymph are:
(i) Lymph helps in removing the waste products.
(ii) Lymph carries digested fat from the small intestine to the entire body.
(iii) Lymph nodes contain lymphocytes which kill the germs or foreign bodies.

lymph yellow colour ka liquid hota hai Jo humare cell mein nutrition Ko le jata Hai kyunki waha blood ka circulation nahi ho pata lymph mein wbc paya jata Hai joki foreign particle jaise viruses, bacteria insabse bachata hai aur small intestine se blood useful nutrition Ko flow kar ke pure body mein supply karta hai aur Wahi blood then small small capillary mein divide ho jata Hai jisse hum lymph kahte hai aur usse har cell tak pahuchata hai
