Foetal ejection reflex is initiated from fully devoloped foetus during parturition.

It triggers the pituitary to release Oxytocin. This accumulated at the side of walls of uterus.

Oxytocin accumulated contracts uterine walls. This in case, act as a reflex to release more oxytocin.

More oxytocin accumulates, uterine wall contracts more. This results in the expulsion of babies at delivery.
