Function of parathyroid gland is they release a harmone called parathormone .

1. This harmone maintains calcium level in

the blood.

2. This harmone cause absorption of

calcium from bones ,digested products and also prevent loss of calcium from urine.

3. This harmone also maintains phosphorus

level in the blood .
