Pepsin is an enzyme which acts only in acidic medium. It is secreted by gastric juice and secreted in stomach. It is situated in gastric glands.
Trypsin is an enzyme which acts in alkaline medium. It is secreted by Pancreatic juicein small intestine. It is situated in Pancreas.
