ii) all laws and major policy decisions of the government are issused in her name.
iii) all major appointments are made in the name of president. these include the appointments of the chief justice of india, the judge of the supreme court and high courts of the states, prime ministerof india , the election commissinors and ambassadors to other countries etc..
iv) all international treaties and agreements are made in the name of preisend
v) the preident is the supreme commmander of the defence forces of india...
