Seminal vesicle provides mucus and nutrition to spermatozoa for smooth motion and for nurishment.

Prostate gland adds alkaline and mucus as alkaline reduces the acidity of urine as path for urine and spermatozoa is same.

Seminal Vesicles and Prostate glands produce the ejaculatory fluid which helps the sperm in transport and also provides nutrition.
