Undo command reverts any recent actions performed whereas Redo command is just the opposite of Undo.

  • Undo command reverts any recent changes like formatting, deletions, moving data and so on.
  • In case the user changes his mind over changes undone by Undo command, he/she can apply Redo command to re-apply the changes.
  • By default, both Undo and Redo commands can be located on the Quick Action Toolbar, at the top left of the ribbon.
  • Alternatively, a user has the flexibility to use shortcut key combinations for Undo(CTRL + Z) and Redo (CTRL+Y) commands.
